All her episodes are fantastic, but this four-part series was the first of hers that I listened to and I still think it's incredibly insightful. Each episode is just under an hour and focuses on one of the four "sublime states" or "divine emotions" taught by the Buddha to bring about harmony and enlightenment. I find Tara's voice so soothing that I'm totally blissful by the end of her talk, even if I didn't pay attention to all of the content.
